Can I get information about the hotel's restaurants and dining options?

Our hotel has two restaurants, one serving buffet and the other à la carte. Our restaurants serve seafood, local flavors, and selected tastes from international cuisine. We also have a bar that serves non-alcoholic drinks.

Is the hotel suitable for events and organizations?

Yes, Konaks Hotel is the ideal venue for weddings, henna nights, meetings, seminars and other events. Our professional team will plan your events down to the smallest detail to ensure you have an unforgettable experience.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, Konaks Hotel does not accept pets.

Konaks Hotel is 13 km from Samsun city center and 45 km from Samsun Çarşamba Airport. You can easily reach our hotel by public transportation and private vehicles.

What should I do if I need to check in to the room late (e.g. late at night)?

If you are arriving after the last check-in time specified in your reservation, please contact the hotel reception in advance. We have a special procedure for guests checking in late at night — key collection with prior notification, late arrival notification and welcome services are activated.

I am coming to the hotel with a child; is there a child's bed or extra bed available?

Yes, an extra bed or child’s bed (baby cot) is available for families with children. If you request it at the time of booking or by contacting the hotel in advance, the most suitable option will be offered depending on room capacity and current conditions.

Is parking available and is it charged?

Our hotel offers a limited number of free parking spaces — please contact the hotel directly for availability and the daily fee per vehicle. Parking may require advance reservations.

How often are rooms cleaned and towels/linens changed?

To ensure our guests’ comfort and hygiene standards, rooms are cleaned daily. Linens and towels are changed according to the length of stay and the guest’s preferences. For longer stays, we offer intermediate cleaning or change upon request.


Is there a smoking area at the hotel?

Our hotel does not permit smoking indoors in public areas. However, there are designated smoking areas on our terrace or outdoor balcony.

Is room service or late breakfast available?

Yes, room service is available — it can be provided during set hours or by special request. We also offer a flexible breakfast plan for guests with early departures or late departures, with options for a “delayed breakfast” or “quick departure breakfast.”

What are the transportation and public transportation options in the area?

Our hotel is located very close to the city center and main public transportation routes along the coastline. Transportation options such as taxis, buses, and dolmuş are easily accessible. Additionally, the hotel can be contacted in advance for airport/station transfer service upon request.
